TechnoBot Robotics Challenge in Yutz

2026-06-05 – The RoboHearts Team

Today we were in Yutz (in Lorraine) for the TechnoBot robotics challenge, where robots built by middle and high school students competed against each other.

We were there with DRANE GE Nancy-Metz to kick off a pilot using RoboHearts AI on LEGO SPIKE, which will be deployed in several schools across the Académie Nancy-Metz. It was a great opportunity to talk with the teachers who had come with their students — how to integrate AI into their lessons and projects is very much on their minds.

And of course, students chatted with the robots and created their own characters. One made a copy of his friend Benoît; another wanted a robot that speaks Czech and German, just like her.
